The brand should exude uniqueness, minimalism, luxury, and elegance in both English and Arabic. The colour scheme should evoke the calm and sophistication of the sea and beach. Additionally, a tagline reflecting the luxury experience of a sea-facing property is needed, along with a matching element or pattern to serve as the brand›s identity across all marketing amaterials.
The Bay Residence logo features a typographic approach, with the word mark presented in the title case. For the English version, a slightly modified version of the serif typeface Herkings Regular is used, while the Arabic version utilizes the GE Hili Book, chosen for its compatibility with the English style. This typographic selection conveys The Bay Residence as a commercial and serious entity while maintaining a modern and forward- thinking aesthetic.
The colour palette for The Bay Residence is carefully curated to evoke the tranquil ambience of the sea and beach. This blend of colours creates a harmonious balance, with Deep Sea Blue dominating to represent the depths of the ocean, complemented by Coastal Mist, Sandstone Gray, and Pearl White to capture the serene and sophisticated essence of seaside living.
